For those asking...
The insurance company sent me an update on making sure Eric's collisions. Four in less than 6 months. Do not negatively effect me, since we were not legally together during the time of his collisions.
I had already begun the process of divorce during the last 3 claims.
The most recent claim, he has not contacted the insurance company. That is his decision. I am not responsible for his decisions.
I am however... to be on the know when he makes decisions against what was legally agreed upon by him. Legally notarized decisions agreed and signed upon by him.
👆 This is a text from him after yesterday's madness. Then today those words, once again, don't follow through with actions of any change. In fact, 11 years it has been like this, mere words. I am learning why I stayed. Doing what I need to do to in order to not repeat bad decisions. You can't be too hard on yourself... but you can learn and apply that knowledge towards the future. Positive change.

The policy has been cancelled effective 05/11/2022. I have sent an email to the mailbox that handles the Lexis Nexus disputes/reporting, to have that updated. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them, but hopefully they will get that taken care of as soon as possible.
