Live Your Life
When someone asks me what I have learned about myself after being given the initial big "C" diagnosis, followed up by far too many oncology treatments. My response is always the same.
"You must continue to live your life."
While I don't have the responsibility of being the president or jumping out of planes, I do need a few simple things including nourishing relationships, my new career, and daily fitness followed by important relaxation.
Over the past three years since my initial diagnosis, I no longer take life for granted. I continue to monitor ovarian cancer's symptoms and possible complications. I still remain quite skeptical of how long I can continue to defy the odds, however I must carry on living life to the best of my ability with lots of liquor🥂 and pain meds. (GOTCHA!😉) Did I forget to mention laughter too!!
To all of you Brave cancer Warriors. You must do your best to carry on... Live Life.
