It's astonishing how your muscle memory still remains. Even after many months...Sometimes years of rest.
There really is no excuse that no matter what obstacles...What ever may stand in your way. That you can not realize your passions & live to see your dreams come true.
Someone once told me a few years ago, that they felt they were too old to compete in bodybuilding. Someone told me last year, that their cancer diagnosis would never allow them to be able to realize their dreams.
I say..."WATCH ME!"
