Many of us live in countries where food is abundant and people are well-fed. That's why we may not be familiar with the symptoms of starvation. At the outset, victims have an insatiable craving for nourishment. As time passes, however, the body weakens, the mind is dulled, and the desire for something to eat wanes. In fact, starving people actually reach a point when they don't even want food that is placed before them.
"Now try living a life with Gastroparesis".

"Evan's Indonesian Recipe for the Stomach"

My recipe is very-very simple, and can be used for all types of stomach problems.
And it works perfect for most of Indonesian people.

1. One glass of water (luke warm)

2. Two or 3 spoons of Cassava Flour
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cassava
     You can use Tapioka flour.

3. Brown Sugar ( Gula Jawa )
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palm_sugar
    (Is optional)

4. salt, ( just to give a little taste)

3 glasses a day, in the morning & evening & before you
sleep.
