Another beautiful sunrise here in the country as young Handsome and his deer sibling Juliet wait for me to feed them corn, seed and sliced gala apples.

What can I say... I like to spoil all of the wildlife including Handsome and Juliet who prefer gala apples over green apples... hehehehehehe!

As I laid resting on the couch early this morning looking over Radiology reports and other notes from my specialists... I've come to realize there are so many Brave women all around the world that are battling ovarian cancer. 

You my brave warriors are never alone.

Time to take it down a few notches and get back to a little bit of COOKIN' WITH LITTLE OL' ME... right here in the country!

 I don't know about you... but we all need hobbies to keep our minds from far more stressful things in life. On my good days what I really enjoy doing is cooking. 

This is an old school recipe but oh-so-tasty!

If you're counting calories and fat don't you worry because this dish is a little bit waist friendly..

So get your apron on and get ready for some quick easy MONKEYBREAD minus the monkeys!

One to two cans of biscuits

3 to 4 tablespoons of butter preferably light, yogurt or organic

Cinnamon sugar spice

Vanilla decorative icing

One bundt cake pan

One large spoon

One butter knife

Yep...it's that easy!
