These turned out beyond DELICIOUS!!
I plan on making my spouse a new-found VEGAN with this super easy FRESH Cucumber dish creation
We have a local Amish produce stand that always has the freshest fruits and vegetables which makes for an even better new vegan creation!
I sliced up a few cucumbers and set my oven to 380 degrees.
Next get your spices ready... lemon pepper, black pepper and a dash of sea salt. I coated my non-stick pan with just a teaspoon of light virgin olive oil and a very light layer of non-stick butter spray to coat the cucumbers. You won't need to flip the cucumbers while they are baking in the oven, just make sure they are a touch golden brown around the edges before removing. I kept mine in the oven for 17 minutes.
These are a really quick, on-the-go snack for any time of the day and don't forget... SUPER HEALTHY!
